A fun day was had by all while conducting Earlybird Early Childhood & Learning Centre’s annual Fire & Evacuation Training recently.
The children managed to evacuate upon alarm to their designated Assembly Area within great time and with no fuss! They then got to see the ‘Men in the Big Red Truck’ arrive and give each of the kids a turn at using the fire hose and rewarding them with a sticker. Thank you to the Brassall Fire Brigade for taking the time to help out.
All the Staff learnt how to use an extinguisher with live fire training and were trained in what and what not to do in the event of a real fire.
